Returns and refunds

Everything at KERWORKS is made to order. We print each item for you after you buy it, so we cannot accept returns if you change your mind.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted or is not the item you ordered, we will make it right.

• Tell us within 30 days of the day your order is delivered.

• Email bonesy@kerworks.ca with your order number and a clear photo of the problem.

• We reply within 2 business days.

• If your claim is approved, we send you a replacement at no cost to you.

• If we cannot make a replacement, we refund you instead. Refunds go back to the payment method you used.

• You keep the damaged or defective item unless we ask you to send it back.

​Changing or cancelling an order: you can change or cancel your order within 1 hour of buying it, as long as production has not started. Email bonesy@kerworks.ca as soon as you can.
